How AvWare works

AvWare tracks market activity, cleans it, and ties it to aircraft value.

Listings, price changes, removals, sales, registry records, broker input, and operational signals are organized into aircraft records, comparable records, segment trends, and valuation reports.

Where the data comes from

Multiple data streams. One aircraft record.

The five streams

Where the data comes from.

AvWare aggregates from five data streams. Each valuation, supply ratio, and trend line is tied back to the underlying records that produced it.

Every US tail number — make, model, manufacture date, ownership history. International registries layered in for the global tier.

Live ingest from the major aircraft marketplaces. Tracked continuously, not on a release schedule. Listing changes, price reductions, and removals are timestamped.

Confirmed sales recorded as they close — title transfers, registration changes, broker confirmations. Removed listings cross-checked against transaction signals to separate sales from withdrawals.

Aircraft that never appear publicly. Contributed by the AvWare broker network in exchange for visibility into adjacent off-market activity. This is the data static guides cannot see.

ADS-B and operational data used to corroborate utilization, position, and ownership behavior. Used for global-tier coverage and to verify activity status.

How tracking works

The market is not checked once. It is watched over time.

01

Track listings across the market

New listings, price changes, removals, and re-listings are captured over time.

02

Clean and match records

Aircraft records are standardized so duplicates and messy listings do not distort the view.

03

Capture movement

AvWare records when aircraft appear, change price, sit, sell, disappear, or return.

04

Put each aircraft in context

A unit is compared against its segment, current comps, pricing movement, and supply / demand.

How values are built

A valuation should show what supports it.

AvWare produces a value range from current comparable records, segment activity, aircraft details, and source records. The output is not just a number. It is a report that shows what the market was doing when the value was produced.

Clear boundaries

Built to show the market, not hide the math.

AvWare is

  • Aircraft market intelligence software
  • A way to see current listings, sales, removals, and price changes
  • A way to compare aircraft against the active market
  • A report builder for valuation support
  • A workflow for appraisal requests when a signed opinion is needed

AvWare is not

  • A black-box number with no supporting records
  • A quarterly guidebook
  • A replacement for professional judgment
  • A substitute for a signed appraisal when one is required
  • A prediction engine that guarantees future value
